It's easy to "fool" myself that I am drinking a regular caffeinated cup of coffee with this Organically Grown blend. It has all the flavor, no bitterness. Price can't be beat.
This organic coffee has a very bold, smoky, almost burnt taste to it. It reminds me alot of the flavor of Starbucks coffee. The taste is not mellow or mild or smooth in any way. If you like Starbucks coffee, then you will probably enjoy this organic blend. Plus you can have the satisfaction of not supporting the evil corporate machine that builds its stores overnight on every major intersection of every town, putting independent coffee houses out of business!!
My husband LOVED this coffee when I first ordered it last year. I signed up for regular shipments to arrive so he would never run out. Now all the sudden he says it doesn't have any flavor and tastes old. Not sure if they changed the coffee or his taste buds changed, but had to stop my auto shipment and now I'm back on the hunt for a good dark roast decaf coffee! Darn!
